Return Policy
All sales are considered final. AmericanMedOnline.com will not accept returns or issue a credit on any product shipped unless product proves to be defective. Absolutely no returns for credit will be accepted if product is not returned within 7 days upon receipt and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All items must be returned in its original undamaged box with all warranty cards and materials enclosed.
A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from our Internet Sales Department via e-mail. Products returned without an RMA# will not be accepted and will not be eligible for credit. Special order items will not qualify for return or credit unless the product proves to be defective.
Defective Merchandise
All our products are new and come with its manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective or inoperable upon receipt; AmericanMedOnline.com will either repair or provide a replacement product at no additional charge. In the event the product can not be repaired or replaced; the customer will be refunded the full purchase price of the product. All warranties are negated if the product has been tampered with, dropped or misused by the customer.
Order Processing
US only customers billing address must match the billing address of the card being used when placing orders using US currency only with cards issued by domestic banks only in order to avoid a payment decline or processing delays. During the checkout process, customer may select PayPal (No Account is Required), Paper Check (Certified Check, Business Check, Personal Check) or Money Order option for order payment. Orders will only ship when funds have clear. A $20.00 charge will be assessed on checks drawn on accounts with insufficient funds. Shipping
AmericanMedOnline.com ships domestically (US only) via UPS, USPS or Federal Express Service which delivers shipments anywhere in the United States usually within 2-5 days. We Do Not ship to P.O. Boxes. FREE Shipping is included on most of our medical equipment products. However, a low rate shipping charge may apply to some products ordered. Shipping rates if any will be displayed in your shopping cart at the time of checkout and added to the total cost except for orders such as ExamTables, etc., these products must be shipped by truck and are noted with a "Truck Delivery Call for Quote" field above the "Add to Cart" button. Please Email our customer service department or call our Toll-Free number 888-592-3469 Ext 130 for a truck shipping quote prior to placing your order. If you place an order without a prior shipping quote on these types of items; your order will be held for processing until we contact you with a truck shipping quote. Additionally, each product will display its availability or the time frame it may take for the product to be shipped if the product happens to be on backorder at the time the order is placed. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are available at an additional charge on most products by choosing an air shipping method option at time of checkout.

"Online Price Only". Lowest prices on our site are offered only to customers who place their orders online or submit orders using our Order Form found in this site.
Payment
AmericanMedOnline.com accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Check Card or Debit card via PayPal when making your payment online. You may also place an order using our Order Form. We will only accept VISA, Master Card or American Express on orders sent via our Order Form. Purchase Orders and Government Purchase Orders are accepted only on special occasions on large orders with prior credit approval and at our sole discretion.
